The RG421DX is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 2026. It is produced in Indonesia as part of the Standard line.
The RG421DX features a meranti body bolted to a one-piece maple neck with a 24-fret jatoba fingerboard with white sharktooth position markers and black side dots. Components include a pair of white Ibanez Quantum humbucking pickups, an F106 fixed bridge, a black plastic nut, and die-cast tuning machines. The hardware is black.
The RG421 is a similar model with dot fretboard inlays.
